岗位职责

1. Check statement of trucking / broker/ shipping company.
2. Chase/remind for missing debit note .
3. Apply for invoice / payment .
4. Check web cost op input and help settle problem OP faced.
5. Clearing for AP items for advance payment .
6. Check AP requested by OP.
7. Coordinate for job profit check at monthly end.

1.负责核对货运/经纪人/货运公司的对账单.

2.跟进/提醒丢失的借方通知单.

3.申请发票/付款。

4.检查网站费用、操作输入并帮助解决操作面临的问题.

5.结算应付预付款项.

6.检查OP请求的AP

7.月末协调工作利润检查

任职资格

1、2021年应届毕业生，全日制大专以上学历， 财务会计等相关专业；

2、认真细致，爱岗敬业，吃苦耐劳，有良好的职业操守；

3、思维敏捷，接受能力强，能独立思考，善于总结工作经验；

4、实习时间：3-8个月

5、具有良好的沟通能力；

6、有会计从业资格证书，同时具备会计初级资格证者或英语四级证书者优先考虑。
