Responsibilities：

• Complete the cash application daily once received the payments from the customers,

• Perform shipment release daily based on the collection and credit status of customers;

• Send the SOA and check the invoices status with customers;

• Handle the AR issues to ensure the AR collected back timely and achieve the assigned collection target;

• Perform AR month closing activities timely and accurately;

• Provide the cash forecast and aging reports as required accurately;

• Provide the reports and documents for internal and external audit;

• Perform the tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirements：

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

3 years or above AR experience in the international company.

Good communication skill; 

Self-motivated;

Good at written and spoken English is plus;
