This position will be located in our newly established office in Shenzhen. Our company in China has offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Ningbo. We are seeking for someone that will assis merchandiser to source the right supplier and ensure to always get the quality/specification that we signed for.

工作描述：

1.通过邮件以及文件了解欧洲对产品的要求

2.通过各种渠道寻找合适的供应生，审核供应商

3.与供应商谈判（价格，生产时间，付款方式.）

4.准备采购合同，订单以及其他文件

5.供应商生产跟进以及确保交付日期

6.核查了解样品细节和瑕疵

职位要求

能够熟练运用普通话和英语（英语书写能力良好优先考虑）

1-3年 采购跟单相关工作经验的优先考虑

具有良好的谈判能力

能孰料运用OFFICE办公软件: Excel, Word, Outlook

责任心强，反应快，能独立工作，团队合租精神

专业性，强大的组织能力承受能力

Job description

-Understand the product requirements to search

-Preparing purchasing contracts and release PO to suppliers

-Production follow up, assure deliver dates

-Production quality control

-Assist buyer on negotiation

-Interface with logistic and financial department.

Requested profile

Mandatory: previous working experience at European/American company in china/HK

excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Chinese (mandarin) ; chinese mandarin native

excellent negotiation skills

Project management experience

proficient in PC software of Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese word processing

strong sense of responsibility, fast response and able to work independently

professional, multi task, strong organizational skills, pro-active, trustworthy

results oriented

1-2 year experience in procurement/sourcing
