IT Support Specialist Responsibilities

    

    

• Upgrade and deploy system for clients and international teams.
• Work with infrastructure team to develop and manage SFTP, Documentation Tool, etc.
• Maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and servers when it’s needed.
• Follow up client’s queries and figure out the best solution. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times
• Keep updated on the latest Microsoft technologies (e.g. Dynamics, Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Apps etc.) and follow up Microsoft Cases

    

    

IT Support Specialist Requirements

    

    

• Experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
• Positive outlook, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability
• Attention to details
• Good interpersonal and communicating skills
• Good written and verbal skills in English
• Familiarity with financial industry is a plus
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information science is a plus
