Job responsibilities:

1. Good coordinate with R&D and PM, be responsible for production management independently , establish and improve each process operation SOP

2. Product quality management, develop and implement quality control measures, including incoming materials abnormalities and quality control before shipment, follow up and handle customer complaints about quality issues

3. Partcipate in supply chain management, including key component suppliers and processing factories

4. Improve production technology, increase production efficiency, control production costs, and solve various production bottlenecks

5. Provide technical support for NPI and mass production,  deal with faults diagnosis and troubleshooting

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, majors in electronics, mechanics, computer, science and engineering are preferred. Those with rich experience can soften the terms.

2. 8 years of experience in tracking production technology of finished electronic products, good knowledge about hardware (digital circuits, analog circuits, signal processing, etc.), understanding circuit diagram drawings, can use AutoCAD proficiently

3. Familiar with PCBA production and manufacturing process flow, familiar with tooling fixtures, able to organize production independently, have in-depth understanding of production abnormality analysis, capacity analysis, operation guide production, etc., strictly control production progress, and complete production tasks.

4. Familiar with common measurement and testing tools, familiar with the production process and appearance judgment standards of various raw materials (such as PCB, plastic parts, electronic parts, wires, sheet metal, etc.)

5. Strong hands-on ability, welding skills of electronic components, PCBA debugging and maintenance experience

6. Have a certain foundation in English and can write English reports

7. Decent work style, meticulous work, a certain learning ability and innovative spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, quality awareness and coordination capabilities.

8. Be acceptable to go out frequently around Shenzhen, with driver license is preferred

工作职责：

1. 做好与研发，PM的工作对接，独立负责生产管理，建立并完善各工序操作SOP

2. 产品质量管理，制定并实施质量控制措施，包括来料异常及出货前品质管控，跟踪处理客户投诉品质问题

3. 协助供应链管理，包括关键元器件供应商和代加工厂

4. 改进生产工艺，提高生产效率，控制生产成本，解决各类生产瓶颈

5. 产品NPI及量产的相关技术支持，诊断各类故障及排除故障

任职资格：

1. 专科及以上学历，电子、机械、计算机、机电一体化、理工类专业优先，经验丰富者可放宽条件

2. 8年以上电子产品成品的生产技术跟踪工作经验，有较好的硬件相关基础知识（数字电路、模拟电路、信号处理等)，能看懂电路板设计图，熟练使用Auto CAD

3. 熟悉PCBA生产和制造企业相关工艺流程，熟悉工装夹治具，能独立组织生产，对生产异常分析、产能分析、操作指引制作等有深入了解，严控生产进度，完成生产任务。

4. 熟悉常用测量、测试工具的使用，熟悉各类原材料(如PCB、塑胶件、电子部品、线材、钣金等)的生产工艺流程及外观判定标准

5. 动手能力强，具有电子元器件焊接技能、PCBA调试维修经验

6. 有一定的英语基础，可编写英文报告

7. 作风正派，工作细致，具备一定的学习能力和创新精神，有强烈的责任心，质量意识与组织协调能力。

8. 可接受经常外出深圳周边，有驾照者优先
