岗位职责：

1、负责开展行业研究工作，涉及监管政策、行业趋势、竞品动态、商业模式等，为管理层决策提供丰富的参考和策略建议；

2、负责开展竞品追踪分析，定期出竞品追踪报告，为公司提供竞品动态信息；

3、调研行业内上市企业，对典型企业的财报、战略规划、核心竞争力等进行综合分析；

4、协助总经理做好各部门的沟通和管理工作，维系企业运作模式与流程、参与企业战略发展和规划；

5、完成总经理交办的其他事务。

岗位要求：

1. 统招本科及以上学历，3-5年工作经验，留学背景；
2. 四大、券商工作经验优先，接受出差；
3. 具备国际视野和优秀的英文水平；
4. 善于深度思考问题，优秀的逻辑思维能力及分析能力；
5. 较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，能有效推动跨团队/部门合作。
