Job Responsibilities:

· Working with suppliers to achieve best price and quality on products

· Managing the open orders with suppliers and keeping goods on time

· Work with shipping team to organize shipment of goods

· Communicate with Australia office to provide timely updates of orders

· Work with suppliers to improve quality issues on products

· Identify and raise any problems with orders and products to AU team to be resolved in a timely manner

· Review potential suppliers to evaluate their ability to deliver quality product and timely orders

Requirements:

• College education level or above
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer applications/software
• Analytical mind with strong ability in data analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Work well both individually and as part of a team
• Experience working in a business that is spread across multiple countries

• 5-days work week
• Office hours (9:00 a.m.~18:00p.m.)
• Location: Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China
