工作职责：

1. 带领包装生产车间员工保证包装生产车间日常运作，利用M&W工具提高生产效率； 
2. 与PMC合作，安排生产、保证产品的可供性； 
3. 不断完善生产过程中的各种操作程序； 
4. 跟进生产流程和相应的KPI以符合公司要求； 
5. 确保生产过程，生产设备满足GMP要求； 
6. 整理保留生产过程的完整记录，确保产品的可追溯性； 
7. 编写和执行标准生产操作流程，通过对员工进行系统的培训，确保员工能严格按照要求进行操作。

任职要求：

1. 大专或以上学历，专业不限； 
2. 3年以上现场生产管理经验，至少1年以上快消/医药/包装/化工等行业经验（有GMP洁净车间经验更佳）；
3. 工作细致，有耐心，亲和力强，善于沟通协调和人员培训；
4. 具备良好的英文读写能力，擅长工作总结，熟悉岗位SOP。
