1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or other equivalent
2. Ability to work within cross-functional teams and strong problem-solving skills
3. Excellent networker with the ability to communicate effectively
4. Able to show attention to detail and optimistic and engaging approach
5. Strong skills in process management
6. Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks
7. Strong ability to execute on time and budget
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills with team spirit
9. Excllelent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
10. Report to the PM Group Manager.

                                                

    

二、Responsibilities 岗位职责

    

1) Lead the interdisziplinal Project Team, ensure good collaboration and the focus on the project targets;

    

2) Create, Communicate and Update Project Planning (Milestones, Deliverables, Cost;

    

3) Track and Communicate Status of his Projects (Progress, Risks, Issues, Impacts, Profitability;

    

4) Start, Support and Follow up Escalations in case that project targets get in danger;

    

5) Drive Solutions and Decisions to ensure Success of the Program;

    

6) Be Key Contact for our customer during the Program;

    

7) Ensure that we follow the APQP and customer specific processes within our Programs;

    

8) Manage Engineering Changes during the Projects;

    

9) Leading a Safety first approach maintaining a zero accident culture. Ensures and monitors work, accident prevention and safe working environment across the business;

    

10) Fulfill assigned primary, secondary and or tertiary deputy/back-up roles as assigned and required on occasion by the business.
