(急招) Specialist Operations

海运和空运单证

1．根据托书或箱单发票在公司系统中输入每票货的信息

2．制作提单样本，与发货人或国外确认提单

3. 申报AMS/ACI/VGM.  给国外发送预报

4. 查询船公司网站，跟踪实际开船日期，并更新系统

5. 在公司系统中开账和发票给客户

海运和空运进口支持

1. 接受国外预报

2. 检查单据是否完整以及数据是否匹配

3. 在公司系统中输入相应数据

4. 将相应的数据和单据转给操作部门

 

系统数据录入  

1．香港进出口电子报关系统的录入

2．根据提单和箱单发票输入客户的不同的系统

3．联系启运港/目的港，发送数据

4.  跟国外开电话会议，定期回顾所发生的问题并改进流程

5. 给供应商培训

 报表和报告     

1．从公司内部系统中提取数据报表或者从启运港/目的港收集数据

2．对数据报表进行整理和分析，发给客户 

3．发给CEVA相应站点提醒他们完善信息的输入

4. 在公司系统中给客户创建代码

5. 在公司系统中将客户的报价定期更新   

*大专以上学历

*较好的英语读写能力

*电脑操作熟练

*有1-3年货代经验者优先

Primary Duties and Responsibilities：

1. Communicate with the stations to get the data

2. Data entry in U-trade and GTNex based on the data provided by the stations

3. Update if any information need to be changed in U-trade and GTNex

Qualification:

- College degree or above.

- Fair English

- Good typing skill

- Good MS office software application

- Basic Customer service sense and skill
