Key accountabilities:

  

• Establish and maintain in-house databases

• Analyze market trends and development

• Conduct market research for publications on a regular basis

• Produce original and thought leadership topical/white papers

• Present to internal and external clients

• Work with other teams on market commentaries and pitches 

   

              

Requirements and qualifications:

  

• MSc or MA in economics, real estate, statistics, finance from a recognized university overseas 

• At least 3 years work experience in property consulting and/or research 

• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and ppt

• Fluent in Chinese and English, native Cantonese is advantage

• Competent presentation and writing skills
