Sales Customer Service Specialist

3. 有消费电子类产品技术支持工作背景者优先考虑。
4. 工作态度积极，拥有独立拓展工作和解决问题的能力。
5. 能力强者可担任客服主管岗位。

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the first point of contact responsible for answering inquiries regarding how to use a smart baby monitor, etc.

2. Handle inquiries via phone/voice mail/email;

3. Inquiries should be handled and resolved based on the training and the given service solutions;

4. Provide support and help colleagues in understanding customers demands, business requirements, product failure mode, and technical requirements;

5. Need to have detailed knowledge of functions across customer support and smart device market;

6. Highlight business and client-specific issues to leadership team;

7. Show productiveness in resolving issues and also in handling operational activities when US sales team and Shenzhen technical team;

8. Use resources effectively to provide the best answer within the expected call handling time.

Requirements:

1. Strong ability of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

2. Basic knowledge of ms excel, ms word and internet explorer;

3. Attention to detail;

4. Ability to listen effectively, probe or ask leading questions to understand the inquiries better and provide the best answers to it;

5. Average logical reasoning and interpretation skill;

6. Effective work and time management.
