职位描述


  

  • Be part of an expanding urban advisory consultancy team with focus on providing innovative and practical solutions to client's business and investment challenges.

  • Undertake studies on the economic performance of cities and identify potential growth sectors and real estate markets for future large-scale development projects in China and overseas at the land planning and investment feasibility stage.

  • Work closely with the project strategy, land use planning and urban design teams to deliver the urban economics work, including policies, key industry sectors, development scale, market opportunity, investment strategy and financial assessment.

  • At least 5 years for urban consultant position.

  • Previously in a similar role with planning, real estate, economic or management consultancy, or property developers and investors.

  • Must have China experience.

  • Preferably bilingual in both Chinese and English, but not essential.
