Primary Responsibilities:

    

1. Take charge of CD (Corporate Design), concept and standards implementation for all product visuals

       

• Work after Corporate Design (concepts and guidelines) defined by Graphic Department Berlin
• Operate CD, concepts, standards database
• Create MA(Mobile Accessory) concept

      

2. Conduct quality control and final approval on all product visuals

       

• Check quality of all photos, pictures, 3D renderings and videos
• Operate final approval and upload processes in kwNET
• Operate MA change tasks and handle re-approval

      

3. Discharge and support of Art Director Berlin

       

• Support quality and standard related projects of Graphic team Berlin
• Oversee and conduct constant trainings for Graphic department DG

      

4. Act as go-to-expert for product visuals quality

       

• Main contact for Art Director Berlin
• Central point of truth DG for all Graphic standards
• Decision power in art and quality related questions

      

5. Manage and develop Visual Design team

       

• Manage Visual Design team in daily quality check operation, team KPIs, reporting
• Act as administrative team lead
• Improve all team members
• Quality improvement and trainings
  
  

      

The right candidate must be experienced in

• Having 5+ years of Visual Design experience, major or degree in Visual Design, Photography, or other art related area. Formal drawing training or similiar is a must
• Keen eye for design/quality and details (texture, light reflection, shadow, colour)
• Expert command of Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, with outstanding portfolio
• Very good English communication skill, spoken and written
• Outgoing and able to communicate freely, also with foreigners
• Bringing a positive proactive approach to solving problems
• Able to lead projects to deliver high quality outcome
• Ability to transfer knowledge & implementation of trainings, team leading experience is an advantage
