概述: 

高级软件测试工程师的主要职责是通过精确地深度测试以保证软件产品交付时的高质量。此工程师熟悉不同系统平台上（Windows, Android, iOS, Web-Based）各类软件产品的测试方法， 熟练掌握主流自动化测试工具，并能依据项目需要进行测试工具开发，改进现有测试工具。此工程师需能依据产品需求文档编写测试计划，设计并执行手工和自动化测试用例，分析测试结果，并依据测试结果反馈产品的改进建议。此工程师需有良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力，并能指导Junior Level的测试工程师分析并解决测试中的问题。 

 

职责： 

 

• 依据项目的需求文档及项目日程，合理创建测试计划，对软件产品进行测试设计并评审其他同事的测试设计。 

• 学习研究市场上主流的自动化测试理念和测试工具，对项目使用的自动化测试工具进行改进建议和实施。 

• 熟练掌握自动化测试工具，编写及执行自动化测试用例，资深工程师应指导Junior level的测试工程师对复杂问题进行分析并寻找问题根本原因，协助开发部门定位问题。 

• 熟悉缺陷管理流程，用缺陷跟踪系统来报告缺陷并给出修复建议，在开发部门修复缺陷后验证并关掉。 

• 对开发、测试过程中的工作流程改善积极提出建议，提升团队及项目工作效率。 

• 可能需要不定期参加和外籍（美国）同事的项目会议。 

  

要求： 

 

• 计算机、软件工程、网络通信工程或相关专业的本科学历（或以上）。 

• 熟悉各类操作系统如Windows, Android, iOS, MacOS, Linux，精通各类软件测试方法，至少6年以上软件产品相关测试经验，并有至少3年以上软件产品的自动化测试经验。 

• 至少熟悉一种程序语言或脚本语言，有C#/Java编程或测试经验者优先。 

• 熟悉主流的自动化测试工具，精通自动化测试理论和实践，熟悉Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium等自动化测试工具者优先。 

• 有软件测试工具开发经验，或SDK API接口测试经验优先。 

• 有打印机产品测试或打印机相关软件产品测试经验者优先。 

• 熟悉网络知识背景，熟悉交换机，无线路由，服务器配置或有一定实验室设备管理维护经验者优先。 

• 流利的英语口语及书面沟通能力。 

** This is a project based position, period of project would be 1 year**

Senior Software Validation Engineer is responsible for delivering quality, well-tested software into Production. The ideal candidate will have printer and printer driver experience, Web , Windows, Android, iOS applications experience, and automation test experience. 

This Engineer will be responsible for automating test tool development and improvement, creating & executing automated or manual test cases and analyzing test results. The engineer will provide guidance to junior level engineers to help analyzing the problems and providing effective troubleshooting methods.

Responsibilities:

• Design test plan according to the project requirement and schedule
• Design tests and create test procedures to address complex test issues.
• Coach more junior staff on application of appropriate standard and specialized testing methods at various stages of the design and development process.
• Develop and implement new tools to aid test, analysis and problem solving.
• Drive test projects to completion in a timely manner and complete process improvement and automation projects
• Perform complex testing and quantitative technical analysis and perform complex root cause analysis
• Capable to use different programming languages, e,g C#, Java to design and develop automated testing applications, utilities and modules
• Design, develop and improve the collection of test data and results as well as improve the storage and retrieval of parametric data used for testing
• Maintain accurate and reliable records of tested projects (including test plans, data, analysis, engineering communications, and final summary reports).
• Contribute ideas that will help improve our documentation, processes, and overall performance and reliability of our products.

Qulifications:

• Familiar with software testing methodology and process on different OS, including Windows, iOS, Android,  MacOS, Linux etc.
• Familiar with printer products or printer related software products testing is preferred
• Rich experience in Automation Test. Familiar with one or two automation test tool, experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium is preferred
• Master at least one or two programming language, C#, Java is preferred
• Experience with Test Tool Development or SDK API test is preferred

• Good planning and organization skills.

• Has network background knowledge. Familiar with switch, wireless AP and server configuration. Able to fix network related issue.
• At least bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
• 6-8 years or above experience in product testing or software testing
• Fluent oral and written English, should be able to communicate in English effectively
