Management and control of capital investment project about SHE, sustenance or expansion, fulfilling with Engineeringstandard in the execution of works, to maintain a control of costs, to fulfill the established budget and to implement and follow engineering and SHE standard in Plants.
Maintenance Management
Output: Project Schedule tasks vs. plan; Maintenance cost compared to best practice.; Achievement of maintenance budge

Operational disruptions
· To contribute to development of new products to increase market sharing based on technical solutions and equipments.
· To control cost of the project in order to fulfill the budget, satisfying SHE and Q specifications.
· To assure that all projects are reviewed against legislation and company Standard to ensure best practices in SHE and Q and design are incorporated. To manage safety evaluations and HAZOP exercises.
· To control the Permit to work system in order to avoid any risk to company.
· Ensures all Projects, modifications, permits to work and site activities do not compromise the Basis of Safety for Explosives Manufacture for the area concerned.
· To assure the security of plants and equipments according to the legislation and company procedures. Setting minimum physical security standards, assessing the physical security risk using established guidelines, recommending solutions to reduce risks and auditing physical security measures
· Conducting the risk evaluation of company site against the established guidelines on an annual basis and providing information for the preparation of the Physical Security Letter of Assurance for company.
· To assure the right contractor's selection and their accomplishing of engineering, construction and administrative terms. To administrate all kind of claims as result of engineering and construction projects.
· To control investment and to maintain updating of active in plants.

SHE
Output: Ensure that company policies and initiatives in respect of SH&E are communicated and complied with
Measure: Number of incidents & illness

· Ensure that the Safety, Health and Environmental performance objectives of the engineering team are achieved and improved upon
· Ensuring that a engineering team safety improvement plan is effectively planned and implemented
· Clearly communicating the SH&E vision, policy and expectations to engineering team member and contractors.
· Recognizing individuals in the team whom contribute to improving SH&E performance of the plant
· Leading incident investigations and ensuring that effective corrective action is rapidly implemented
· Liaising with company Weihai "responsible engineers" to ensure standards are maintained
