The Supplier Quality Engineer will manage the quality of all our products manufactured in OEM and ODM factories from new product introduction to mass production, as well as the manufacturing process quality. With the expected function of this role, we will achieve: 

SQE将负责管理产品在OEM和ODM工厂，从新产品导入到批量生产的所有阶段生产质量、生产流程质量管理。职位要求达到以下目的：

• No escapes of critical or major product quality issues
• Quality never be the killer to product delivery
• RTY and FPY keeping stable and higher than target
• Quality data and tracking system available and 100% supporting any quality activities
• Continuously keep lowest cost caused by quality during manufacturing process, delivery of raw materials and final products
• 零个重大质量问题遗漏
• 避免产品质量问题影响产品出货
• 保持RTY和FPY稳定并高于目标
• 提供品质数据和追溯机制以100%支持所有品质活动
• 保持生产过程、来料和最终成品的质量成本最低

                                            

The Supplier Quality Engineer will work with our OEM and ODM factories to:

SQE将与OEM和ODM工程合作：

• Sign, train and implement supplier quality agreement
• Qualify, audit and manage manufacturing process and system quality
• Review quality performance on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis
• Qualify and track the implementation of ECN and PCN
• Manage and reduce the quality risk in factory and field
• Support quality activities at supplier and customer side
• Manage quality documentations certified by or meet ISO, SAI and other required institutes
• 签订、培训和执行供应商质量协议
• 检验、检查和管理生产流程、体系的质量
• 做好日、周、月、季度、年质量表现评估
• 检验和追踪ECN、PCN的执行
• 管理和减少工厂和市场的质量风险
• 支持供应商和客户端的质量活动
• 按照ISO、SAI或其它机构的要求管理质量检验文件                                                          

Qualifications 要求：   

Working Experience & Capabilities 工作经验和能力要求:

• Required: at least 3 years’ experience in supplier quality management or manufacturing process quality management in electrical / electronic devices
• Required: skillful in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Presentation
• Required: quality data management and analysis
• Desired: skillful in using Minitab, SPSS or other similar statistics analysis software
• Desired: proficient in analyzing or able to analyze quality failure from electrical / electronic techniques                

要求：

• 3年以上消费电子行业供应商质量或生产制程质量管理经验
• 熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint，良好的汇报能力
• 良好的数据管理和分析能力                 

优先考虑：

• 熟练使用Minitab, SPSS或其它数据统计和分析软件
• 熟练分析或能够分析电子失效问题

Personality 个性要求:

• Required: proactive, passionate, communicative, cooperative, detail-driven, logical
• 积极主动，有激情，良好的沟通协作能力，注重细节，良好的逻辑思维能力

Language 语言要求:

• Required: fluent in Mandarin
• Required: proficient in written English
• Desired:  proficient in spoken English               

普通话熟练，英语读写熟练，口语熟练优先考虑。

Education 教育背景:

• Required: bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical, electronic, electric or technology field

Others:

• Required: 60% working time on business travelling within Guangdong province
