职位描述

·         Collect and analyze training needs from each department and make annual training plans to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the company;收集各部门培训需求,制定年度培训计划,确保能够满足公司当前和未来的人才需求;

·         Arrange the company's training activities in accordance with the organization’s training plan to enhance the performance of individual employees, ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, within established budget, and in accordance with the company's policies and standards;根据公司的培训计划开展培训活动,以提高公司的绩效,确保在公司预算内有效地开展培训活动;

·         Responsible for the organization of trainings within the company, including but not limited to course development, trainer selection, trainer evaluation and recognition, participant nomination, course delivery, training effectiveness evaluation;负责公司培训工作的开展,包括但不限于课程开发,培训师筛选,培训师评估和认可,学员提名,授课,培训有效性评估;

·         Responsible for the implement or follow-up of learning development and Talent &Organization development projects in East and South Asia region;负责在东亚及南亚区范围推动或跟进学习发展和人才与组织发展的项目;

·         Responsible for the establishment of succession management system and responsible for the implementation of key personnel training and other related work;负责搭建继任管理体系,负责关键人才的培养实施等相关工作;

·         Responsible for setting up talent development system, build competency and professional competence model, conduct internal talent inventory;负责搭建人才发展体系,搭建胜任力及专业能力素质模型,进行内部人才盘点;

·         Track and control training cost;追踪和控制培训成本;

·         Track and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency;跟踪和评估有效性;

·         Advise on company training plan;司培训计划提供建议;
·         Use and manage company training budget;使用和管理公司培训预算;

·         Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager.执行上级领导分配的其他任务。

Qualifications

任职资格

·         At least 12 years' experience in HR, among which at least 8 years in relevant HR files;至少12HR工作经验,其中至少8年相关经验;

·         Bachelor and above degree;本科及以上学历;

·         Solid experience in training process including but not limited to needs analysis, design courses, governance of the delivery and evaluation;扎实的培训经验,包括但不限于培训需求分析, 课程设计,授课以及培训效果评估;

·         Skillful in word, excel, PowerPoint;熟练使用办公室软件如Word/PPT/Excel

·         Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English;具备良好的中英文沟通能力;

·         Strong influencing ability and good interpersonal skills.具备较强的影响力,良好的人际交往能力。

·         Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety.诚信,团队精神,客户导向,企业家精神,安全责任意识。
