岗位职责：        

1、负责研发项目全过程（包括立项、开发、验证、试产及量产结案前）的统筹和规划；        

2、对项目的范围、时间、资源、质量、风险等要素进行管控与协调；        

3、与项目相关方保持密切沟通，保证项目顺利、有序推进；        

4、完成领导安排的其他工作。        

       

岗位要求：        

1，理工科优先，本科以上学历。        

2，对锂电池有一定的了解优先考虑，并有志于在新能源领域长期发展。        

3，熟练掌握如MS Project等项目管理工具优先；        

4，工作积极主动，有强烈的责任心和严谨的工作作风，良好的协作沟通能力和团队合作精神；
