职位信息

1、负责制定产品（APP及其他）整体运营规划，及APP推广、运营、盈利等方案的设计、推进和执行过程的监督管理工作；

2、负责公司运营团队组建及管理工作，组织完成计划及任务目标；

3、负责整合内、外部资源，根据不同的渠道、用户群，策划针对性的市场活动，并跟踪效果；

4、制定年度、季度和月度运营推广计划及方案，并有效推动执行，提升产品的用户数量和活跃度；

5、负责用户体系的建立，维护与优化，提升用户体验，增加精准用户数量；

6、进行市场调研及挖掘用户需求，制定优化内容运营质量和产品方案；

7、进行产品运营数据分析和市场状况分析，根据分析结果调整运营策略，并与产品部门沟通，优化产品体验。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，从事互联网平台运营等相关职位3年以上，有丰富的团队管理及运作经验，社群和社交电商软件运营经验优先；

2、有成功案例，有成功的互联网产品运营经历，优秀的跨部门沟通能力及团队合作能力；

3、有积极的心态、能承受压力、勤奋敬业，具备对热点事件的敏感性；

4、逻辑清晰，有优秀的创意思路；

5、熟悉新媒体（抖音、快手等）、社会化网络等推广方式，对APP推广和运营有自己的见解。

工作时间：9：00-12：30  14:00-18:00    会不定时加班
