Job role: Shall be responsible for the company’s overall PCB commodity sourcing and procurement activities to optimize and meet the company’s goal.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Source PCB suppliers in accordance with the company sourcing strategy.
2. Manage supplier audit and business review and work with SQE and Product Engineering Team when necessary.
3. Design and carry out all possible strategies to achieve cost reduction and optimization.
4. Work closely with global teams to support supplier strategy implementation, cost, quality issues, and delivery.
5. Maintain and advance supplier performance in a professional manner.
6. Other jobs assigned by the purchasing manager.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering and electronics-related major.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on working experience in sourcing for the majority of PCB/FPC products.
3. Solid understanding and sourcing ability of PCB manufacturers, suppliers, markets.
4. Familiar with the knowledge of up-stream marketing information and PCB/FPC manufacturing cost data.
5. Able to read PCB related technical files.
6. PCB/FPC engineering experience background is a plus.

10. Good command of English ability.
