Resume: A tool manufacturing professional well versed in operations of shop comprising High End CNC machines such as Vertical Machining Center, CNC EDM, Wire EDM and CAM Programming experience. Should have hands-on expertise and ensure efficient operations of the Precision Machine Shop. Ensure highest level of Quality from operations. Inculcate Safety-First culture.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Adhere to daily production schedules
• Responsible for qualitative output from the machines
• Conduct daily reviews with team to ensure schedule adherence
• Maintain Zero-Incidence status in Shop by implementing high level of safety standards
• Manage consumables such as Holders, Cutters, Drills, Taps, etc.
• Reduce machine down time by preparedness for next 3 jobs
• Run effective cutter re-grinding program for cutter re-use
• Support in programs for CNC machines, idea generation in design & program of electrodes
• Ability to work on CAM programming softwares
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of machines in the department
• Implement WCM practices
• Implement continuous improvement culture in team
• Ensuring 5S is maintained within the department at all times.
• Caring for and meeting HR requirements
• Caring for and meeting EHS requirements
• Taking care of and meeting the Quality Goals and commitements
