Duties / Responsibilities:

-Manager the Order to/from China of assigned market segment therefor accountable for Order to Cash performance ---Issue of order confirmation , pro forma invoices and handling of all required documentation

- Coordinate with SSC China for Import/export, customs delcaration and transport management

- Handling of Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Performance-bonds, shipping documents to bank, etc

- Interact as control tower of Task Order from other regions to China Support Sales on operational scenarios (incoterms, transport mode, cost, leadtime, etc) for bidding / contract negotiation Align with Sales, Scheduling, CSD of other regions & SSC Polan/India on possible pull-ins and shifts (orders) Participate in QNS process

- Support global OTC Manager / CSD Manager in harmonization and improvement projects

Required Skills /Experience and Attributes:

Good communication skills ; Fluent in English General education in business management, sales or administration.

Min. 3 years in Customer Service, Import/Export, Customs, and Transportation of chemicals In depth experience with SAP order to invoice processes (SD, MM)

knowledge for Letter of Credit and Incoterms

Experience in problem analysis and problem solving strategies and a structured approach to tasks
