ssential Function 1:

1. Manage short-term liquidity, monitor daily cash pool balances and advise Finance teams on short-term payment plan

2 Coordinate with banks for E-banking system / cash pool structure / cost of funding improvements

3 Coordinate with Bank /BU / Customer for the Bank acceptance draft discounting arrangement

4 Manage the opening/closing of bank accounts and to complete all necessary documentation

Essential Function 2:

1. Provide the relationship banks with annual financials and discuss with bank about the financial positions

2. Apply for foreign debt with SAFE for new IG loan, principle extension and interest expense repayment

3 Apply for varied funding instruments with finance institutions to support working capital management

4. Working with the entities in G.China, review letter of credits/financial guarantee requests from the region,
