电感技术支持专家/高工 FAE for Inductive Components

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Products Development （inductors)

1. Provide technical solution per customer requirements

2. Resolve interconnect technical issue for the field application at customer

3. Collect customer and market information, support new product development and product roadmap

4. Collect competitor information, complete product comparison chart and    provide suggestions for improvement

5.  Work with sales team on new project design in and training for customer

1. Project management

1、Key design-in projects follow up

2、New product/application study and training

1. Support to product application

1、Technical suport to internal department for product application

2、Technical suport for customer complaints

1. Other tasks defined by dept or BU manager

e.g.

Discuss for the possible of new product

Application / competitor products-internal sharing

Customer complaints - internal/external support

Requirements:

1. College graduate or above, major in Electronics or Engineering related

2. Minimum 5 years engineering experience in inductor development

3. Power module development experience or market experience is preferred

4. Technical skills: Competent knowledge in inductor material/process/design & application

5. Team work: Team coordination within different area with proper project management skills

6. Communication skills: Able to talk & understand in English, within technical meetings and daily work

7. Target leading, able to work under pressure

8. Active learning skills / attitude, periodically summarize new knowledge to the team

工作职责Responsibilities:

*Hosting innovative technical development projects

1.Hosting development of innovative new material / process / product

2.Training to team members for related technical knowledge

3.Patent analyze for competitors' part

4.Patent application for own know-how    

*New Products Development （inductors)

1.Develop new product acc to customer specification

2.Design / evaluate / approve new raw materials / process

3.Coordinate new products qualification

4.Coordinate sample making and delivery to customer    

*Support to product application

1.Technical support to PM & customer for product application

2.Technical support to internal department for customer complaints;       

*Other tasks defined by dept or BU manager

1.Participate / lead general technology development project

2.Support / lead to prepare related procedure for development work

3.Participate cost saving project for product already in mass production

岗位要求Requirements：

1.Colleage graduate or above, major in Electronics or Engineering related                      

2.Minimum 8 years engineering experience in inductor development                   

Technical skills: Mastering at least one area of the inductor related material / process / product application

3.Team work: Team coordination within different area with proper project management skills

4.Communication skills: Able to talk & understand in English, within technical meetings and daily work.
