Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive product strategy by translating marketing opportunity and customer need into new products and product features.

2. Responsible for creation of the product line(s), product roadmap,

3. Cooperate with R&D on technology road map in line with product road map

4. Cooperate with R&D team as well as drive design efforts (internal or external) for new product creation.

5. Ability to think out-of-the box and participate proactively through brainstorming.

6. Work together with sales or KAM to visit customer, help on product definition and application

7. Perform market research, competitor analysis, benchmarking etc.

Qualifications and Experiences:

1. Bachelor degree in Marketing or Engineering.

2. 3+ years working experience on marketing related field

3. Marketing insight and marketing communication skill.

4. Strong communication skill.

5. Fluent on both written and spoken English
