我们正在招聘硬件开发工程师，我们团队的工作模式是每位成员都有自己的核心职责。目前正在招聘的硬件开发工程师职位工作的核心是产品硬件设计与开发、产品认证、品质保证与测试。

工作职责:

1.  IOT 网关的硬件设计与开发

2.  IOT sensor 的硬件设计与开发

3.  Camera 的硬件设计与开发

4.  生产支持

5.  产品认证支持

6.  完成第三方产品的验收测试

主要工作内容:

1.   负责产品硬件设计方案

2.   负责硬件详细设计及相关文档的设计和制作

a)   原理图设计

b)   PCB layout

c)   BOM制作

3.   和结构工程师一起，完成结构相关器件选型

4.   样机制作，调试和测试

5.   协助产品工程师完成生产任务

a)   Sensor 和 Camera 生产治具的设计和准备

b)   特殊生产工艺确认

c)   试产/量产 问题样机分析

6.   产品认证支持

a)   提供认证需要的资料

b)   认证测试中提供支持

c)   确认认证证书的正确性

7.   第三方产品的验收测试

a)   完成第三方产品测试项目的编写

b)   完成测试并和第三方确认测试

职位要求:

1. 计算机、电子工程、自动化、无线电工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历。

2. 四年以上硬件设计、开发工作经验（从事过机顶盒，IOT产品，路由器，摄像头产品设计优先）

3. 有一定的射频信号测试与改进经验(从事过WIFI,ZIgbee产品设计的优先)  

4. 熟练使用PowerLogic, PowerPCB等相关软件。

5. 具有良好的沟通协调能力，有一定的团队协作和项目管理经验。

6. 具备一定的英语听说读写技能（需要和国外同事沟通）。
