1.负责生产过程的质量监控。
2.生产现场与生产指令一致 。
3.质量监控点的检查和文件执行情况 
4. 和车间管理人员一起探讨不良原因，提出处理建议。
5.参与车间月、季、上半年、全年的质量总结分析，形成车间月、季、上半年、全年的质量总结报告，上交质管部。做好生产过程（工序）质量监测检查记录。
6.负责对生产包装首件进行确认，并填写《首件确认单》进行记录。
7.对生产制作的样品进行检验确认，并填写《样品确认单》进行记录。
8.对生产送检的成品按订单要求、检验标准执行检验工作并填写成品检验报告。
9.负责对检验合格与不合格的成品进行标识与区分工作。
10.按抽样计划进行抽检检查，当发现隐患性或严重性问题时要及时向上级反馈。
11.跟进抽检不良吕的原因分析和改善结果确认
工作内容：
1、熟悉电子产品；如电阻，电容，IC，接插件，二三极管等等。
2、具相关工作经验1年以上。
3、产品可靠性测试及型式验证的完成
