• Responsible for reduce process defects, improve. process conditions, maintain the stability of process and improve the yield负责减少工艺缺陷，改进工艺条件，维护工艺的稳定性，提高成品率；
• Proposed and implemented the method to optimize the process conditions, improve production and ensure capacity requirements提出并实现优化工艺条件等方法，提高生产效率，保证产能需求；
• Assist equipment engineer to survey the relates issues协助设备工程师进行相关问题的调查；
• Responsible for introduction of new process, new materials, in order to improve the process level.负责新工艺、新材料的引进工作，提高工艺水平；
• Responsible for process performance of equipment selection, new equipment commissioning, on-time transfer, in order to meet the capacity requirements.负责设备选型的工艺性能、新设备调试，按时移交生产，满足产能需求；
• Through Second Source, optimize the method of operating conditions, continue to reduce costs.通过 Second  Source、优化作业条件等方法，不断降低成本；
• Writing the equipment daily management and operation instruction, and making plans for training operators将设备日常管理及操作方法文书化，并制订计划对制造部员工进行培训；
• Writing the experience and exception by daily accumulation ,and training将自己积累的经验和异常的处理方法写成文书，并实施教育培训
• Optimizing manufacturing site layout, lead production line layout plan.优化生产现场布局，负责产线布局规划；
• Audit the engineering change, and according to the change request, lead the manufacturing to product as request 评审工程变更申请的可行性并根据工程变更命令，通知并指导生产线采取应有行动以符合工程变更要求；

任职资格：

Minimum Education Level 学历要求: 

Bachelor Degree above in Mechanical or related机械相关专业本科学历以上

 

Experience工作经验:

• Minimum 3years experience in an manufacturing industrial engineering process,automotive is preferred 至少3年以上同等岗位经验，汽车行业优先
