Job Description:

1. Provide supports & helpdesk service to internal and external users in Asia Pacific region

2. Troubleshoot application problems

3. Support on-site or remote product installation according to the IT standard procedures

4. Provide installation and problem solving for computer related tasks such as network, systems, printers, hardware

5. Setup desktops and laptops, handle IT purchases according to the company IT policy & standard

6. Maintain up-to-date inventory & support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related fields

2. Ethical, responsible, and pleasant with good interpersonal skills

3. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

4. Proactive and willing to learn

5. Certification in CCNA, CCNP, MCP, MSCE, is preferred

6. Knowledge in Windows Server

7. Good in oral & writing English

8. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
