岗位职责：

1、  实施工作标准和服务程序，确保服务符合工作标准,并寻找增加销售和/或增加收入的机会； Implement work standards and service procedures, ensure services to Client are delivered to the correct standard, and look for opportunities to up sell and/or increase revenues;

2、  寻求新产品的销售机会； Identify opportunities for new product up selling;

3、  制定经营预算，控制经营成本，掌握各个经营场所的经营情况，努力完成营业指标； Formulate operating budget, control operating costs, master the operating conditions of each business site, and strive to achieve business targets;

4、  根据营业及合同情况，对服务员进行工作任务分配，确保提供优质服务； Ensure all customer requirements are delivered in line with the expectation in line with the contractual frames.

任职要求：

1、  中专以上学历，酒店管理、营销等相关专业优先考虑;年龄25-40岁; Polytechnic school above, with major in Hotel Management/marketing is a plus

2、  至少3年以上餐饮管理工作经验，； At least 3-5 years working experience in catering management;

3、  掌握餐饮管理知识，熟练操作、使用餐饮部各类硬件设施以及各种电脑软件； Good knowledge and experience of working with food, and Good command of all kinds of hardware and computer software in F&B department;

4、  抗压能力强，能吃苦，能够独立建立团队，并带领团队开拓客户； Competent to work within or lead, manage and develop the team;

5、  较强的市场营销意识，能够推动整体推广/营销活动，达到客户/客户满意度和经济效益; Strong marketing sense and be able to drive overall promotion/marketing activities to achieve client/customer satisfaction and economic excellence. 6、  具备较强的餐饮领导、管理、组织、协调、沟通及应变能力; With strong leadership, excellent communication skills; 7、  能英语交流。 Excellent Mandarin/English language skills.
