Job Title: Project Manager

The Project Manager manages internal/external projects. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Set deadlines, monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

· Bachelor`s degree in engineering

· 2+ years of experience in a relevant position (analyst, consultant, engineer) >　PC industry

· Language: Advanced English 

Responsibilities:

. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives

. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

. Report and escalate to management as needed

. Perform risk management to minimize project risks

. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Knowledge and Skills:

· Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure;

· Flexibility in taking on a variety of assignments

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers

· Experience with negotiating dates, deadlines and deliveries

· Strong trend in product definition (HW, SW, Design)

· Always be tuned to new technological trends

· Knowledge of problem solving tools
