KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

  

*Assist and communicate with network and customer for urgent and important issues.

  

*Delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, quotation, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.

  

*Follow the shipment for Aerospace key account and the account under local control or nominated with close cooperation with operation team and update shipment information to customer and sales if needed. Shipment includes All kind of service level.

  

*Record, analyze and manage relative document per management instruction.

  

*Maintain constant contact and keep relationship with current customers.

  

*Linkage between customer and operation as well as network,  Ensure operation could well understand the requirement from customer and network.

  

*other job tasks assigned by line manager.

  

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS

  

 *Non-working hour and holiday duty or emergency handling if needed.

  

*Able to take night shift.

  

 

  

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

  

*             Working experience in Aerospace industry and freight forwarding

  

*             Good English language skill,  both speaking and writing

  

*             Stronger ownership and problem solving skill

Please be noted that the working time of this position is from Tuesday to Thursday from【1:30】PM to 【10:00】PM，including meal time from【6:00】PM to【7:00】PM，Saturday and Sunday from【9:00】AM to 【6:00】PM，including meal time from【12:30】PM to 【2:00】PM.
