Position Description: 1. Define and plan the HR priorities to support the business strategy.2. Provide HR solutions and lead the delivery effort for organization and talent development. Design and organize learning programs based on business needs. 3. Build the communication mechanism to provide feedback, coaching and information to management team. Deal with complex employee relations issues and drive initiatives to build up employee engagement. 4. Manage the recruitment activity alongside with our Talent Acquisition team and advise line managers on the hiring progress, work with them on hiring decisions so that we identify and attract the right talents. 5. Implement HR programs effectively by collaborating with function HR teams Position Requirement::1. 7+ years of HR experience, most of the experience should be as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner. 2. Has both knowledge and experience in dealing with complex employee relations issues.3. Experience in building up employee morale and engagement. 4. Experience in working with HR database management.5. Strong business acumen and learning agility. 6. Strong commitment and ownership. Take actions quickly and proactively. 7. Can work under pressure. Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and collaborate effectively with others. 8. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
