职位描述
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
· Input the accurate data in PEGASUS and support operation to close file timely
· Timely collect payment from local shipper
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS
· For new booking, check if any available code in systems for shipper & consignee
· Apply to set up appropriate code in systems
· Input the data into PEGASUS to issue hawb/Manifest
· Input purchasing item and selling rate in PEGASUS
· Issue invoice/tax invoice to local shipper and collect payment from local shipper
· Arrange matching to OMC team
· Mail the original hawb & tax drawback to shipper once received payment from local shipper
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
· College Degree or above
· Basic Mandarin and English language
· Computer literate
· Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
