工作职责：

• 测试夹具组装调试，包括倒角，攻丝和夹具装配；有铣床或CNC操作经验优先
• 当设计变更或者制造变更时需与机械工程师汇报确认
• 依据机械工程师的要求，监督管控机加工房的安全
• 每日下班定期整理清洁机加工房，根据要求定期维护机加工房的设备和设施
• 根据物料使用状况，汇报需要申购的材料（如弹簧针，螺丝，轴承，肘节夹，定位销和按钮等）

要求：

• 中专及中技以上学历（机械加工、机电、电子专业）
• 1年以上运用车床，铣床，磨床以及CNC制作测试治具经验

Summary of Position:

    

Machining and assembly of test fixtures using a variety of Machine Shop equipment along with general duties to help machinists deliver fixtures on time. You will produce precision parts using both manual and automated equipment and verify measurements meet the specification.  Additionally, will be responsible for routine and preventative maintenance for all equipment used in the shop. Other duties will be assigned by the Machine Shop Supervisor as needed.

    

Responsibilities:

    

·        To understand and follow the Machine Shop safety rules and report any safety concerns immediately

    

·        Work with and take direction from the Machine Shop Supervisor for project priorities.

    

·        Post machining process tasks to include chamfering, tapping and fixture assembly

    

·        Machine parts to specification using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines and other common equipment

    

·        Fixture quality verification to ensure proper Pogo Pin alignment and overall smooth operation

    

·        Verify accuracy of work against drawings and specifications using precision instruments such as micrometers

    

·        Routine maintenance of the Machine Shop equipment based on the Manufacturer recommendations, ensuring all equipment can be operated in a safe manner.

    

·        Inventory tracking and timely applying to buy accessories and tools required for assembly. (examples: pogo pins, screws, bearings, toggle clamps, positioning pins and buttons, etc.)

    

·        Cleaning of the machine shop at the end of shift with a more thorough cleaning at the end of the week

    

·        Keeping the machine shop secured, power off and locked at the end of daily business.

    

·        Other duties as assigned by the Machine Shop Supervisor

    

    

Qualifications:

    

·        Junior College, apprentice training or 2 years job related experience

    

·        Working knowledge of SolidWorks and Microsoft Office. Master Cam knowledge experience a plus.

    

·        Ability to operate Milling machines, lathes, surface grinders and related shop equipment to machine test fixtures

    

·        Skilled in use of calipers, micrometers, height gauges and common hand tools.

    

·        Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting the schedules for all

    

·        English written skills

    

    

Accountabilities:

    

·        BSC targets as established by the Sr. Test Engineering Manager.

    

·        Critical Few targets as established by the St. Test Engineering Manager.

    

·        Goals set in UltiPro by Machine Shop Supervisor.

    

·        Verify that all Test Fixtures’ built match the drawing and pass a quality inspection.

        

·        Meeting Test Fixture project completion timelines.

        

·        Machine shop safety and creating a safe working environment for all team members

    

    

Relationships:

    

·        Obtains priorities from and reports directly to the Machine Shop Supervisor
