We are looking for a passionate, self-driven security engineer who can drive incident management processes as part of NXP SOC security Operation working at IT dept in Tianjin China. The job will reporting to Site IT Operation Manager.

Specific Responsibilities
1. Be the Contact point between IT and Manufacture & device engineers for Security related incidents and project.
2. Be the focal point who understand the Manufacture Business process flow, own the Manufacture devices' IT inventory and their Security concerns.
3. Working with global IT team on monitoring and reporting on various security and threat monitoring systems.
4. Performs the role of primary incident coordinator for all security events, requiring focused response, containment, investigation, and remediation.
5. We are looking for an individual contributor with a strong commitment to getting the job done and an unwavering passion for working on the front-lines of the security field.

Job Requirements
Required Skills
1. Be the single point of contact for accepting, collecting, sorting, ordering, and passing on incoming information for the reported security incident events.
2. Communicate with all levels of technology and operational staff, assist in creation and follow methodologies, creating clear, concise deliverables.
3. Security event analysis and intrusion detection incident response - triage, incident analysis, remediation.
4. Work with Site IT teams and global IT teams to implement security products and process.
5. Basic understanding of tools and processes used in security incident detection and handling.
6. Basic experience with troubleshooting of networking devices, application platforms, and Windows or UNIX system.
7. Must have basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, Windows system.
8. Working experience 0~2 years, in computer sicence or related area.
9. A Bachelor’s degree with IT orientation, preferably in Cyber Security or Computer Science with some understanding of IT.
10. Willing to work in a semiconductor company, which is a clear room environment at 50% of the time.
11. Interested in learning and building cyber security skills.
12. Enjoy acting as the liaison between business, 3rd party contractor and IT stakeholders with strong communication skills to speak appropriately to both parties (translating technology to the business and vice versa).

5. 基本了解IT安全事件检测和处理中使用的工具和流程。
6. 具有网络设备、应用程序平台和Windows或UNIX系统故障排除的基本经验。
7. 具有对TCP/IP网络，Windows系统有基本的了解。
8. 有0~2年工作经验，在计算机或相关领域工作。
9. 信息技术专业本科学历，网络安全或计算机科学专业优先，并对其有所了解。
10. 愿意在一家高科技半导体公司工作，其中约50%时间是在半导体洁净空间的环境。
11. 对学习和培养网络安全技能感兴趣。
12. 乐于作为业务部门、第三方承包商和IT之间的联络人，具有较强的沟通能力，能够与双方进行适当的沟通（将技术转化为业务需求，反之亦然）。
