Job Description

1. New process development introducing and releasing/新工艺引进及放行;
2. Responsible for the manufacturing process analysis and improvement/生产工艺分析及优化;
3. Product tolerance analysis and design related fixtures/产品公差分析，设计相关的工装;
4. Support MAE design, layout optimization, etc./支持设备设计，布局优化等;
5. MAE specification and release supporting from process point of view/为设备规范和放行提供工艺支持;
6. Define clear specification for machine project together with cross-functional stakeholders such as process engineer, production manager or experts from abroad/与项目团队一起制定设备项目规格书和技术协议;
7. Continuous improvement for process application/工艺应用的持续改进。

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and technology /机械类专业学士学位;
2. 1+ years’ experience with process engineer/1年以上工艺工程师经验;
3. Have the ability of product tolerance analysis有产品公差分析的能力;
4. Familiar with CAD and 3D software, can design fixtures independently/熟悉CAD和3D软件，能够独立设计工装
5. Interpersonal skill and presenting skill in front of cross function audience is a prior/团队合作能力和报告能力强优先考虑
6. Know about quality tool, including SPC/8D/A3/FMEA etc./了解品质相关工具,如SPC/8D/A3/FMEA等等;
7. Fluent in both verbal and writing English and able to be working language/英文流利，可作为工作语言
