Head of Marketing/Marketing
Director - China




(to be stationed in Wuhan, China)







Responsibilities:




Head of Marketing
department and a member of the Condom Business Unit China top management team
Build effectively a lean
and mean Marketing team and staff with qualified Marketing professionals
Lead the development of
professional, strategic and effective Marketing plan for the condom business in
China
and for each brand, including recommendation of minimum necessary and detailed
Marketing budget requirements, plan, budget and forecast
Turn around brand
declining trend and significantly improve consumer brand awareness, image,
preference, leading to significant improvement in consumer offtake
In charge of building and
optimizing the condom business of the China brand portfolio in the
premium, mass market and value segments
Build the China brands to
have multi-national and high quality image
For each brand, ensure
high quality and effectiveness in terms of ... positioning, packaging, sku
portfolio, pricing, advertising, media, PR, promotion, events, etc.





Requirements:




at least 10 years of
authentic and classical Marketing expertise with leading FMCG (fast moving
consumer goods) company known for Marketing excellence
at least 3 years in the
position of Senior Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing in the China
headquarter of FMCG MNC



Must be fluent in both
English and Chinese Mandarin

Singapore or Malaysia Chinese
natives preferred ... as they have modern consumer society background and
depth, advanced Marketing exposure in contemporary markets; at the same time,
the candidate must have at least 3 years of China work experience
