Job Description


The Team: The Corporate team unites a variety of functions at Morningstar including design, marketing, finance, quality, human resources, corporate communications, legal, compliance, strategic planning, and technology with the goal of keeping our business running smoothly. Each of these functions plays an essential role in supporting our company's infrastructure, day-to-day operations, and ongoing strategic initiatives.

For the role of this HR, we need a bright, energetic, and driven individual who, may or may not have prior HR experience, and has a desire to learn the HR domain while providing timely project and process support to employees, managers, and other HR professionals. The goal is to provide a great service experience to employees and managers needing assistance from HR; and to make other HR professionals on the team more productive by supporting their projects and day-to-day process tasks. This position is based in our Shenzhen office and report the HR Shared Services Manager.


Responsibilities

- Provide consistent support and feedback to the employee frequent ask HR questions for Morningstar global offices via HR services system. Escalate more complex situations to HR domain experts as appropriate.

- Continue Improve HR operation processes, such as on-boarding, termination, probation, contract review, leave and vacation management, employee self-services.

- Identify, implement, and continually improve the internal customer service processes, procedures, and infrastructure necessary to enable a global HR “help desk” capability and deliver a first-class customer experience.

- continually Maintain Morningstar HR knowledge base;

- Manage the employee information in HR system, make sure the data is updated and accurate.

- Assist Company HR projects


-通过HR 服务系统,持续回答全球员工的HR问题,支持和改善晨星内部员工和HR沟通的流程及服务。

-持续改善。如:入职流程,离职流程,试用期流程,合同管理和假期管理流程等。

-维护晨星全球人力资源内部知识数据库

-维护及管理晨星全球员工信息系统,保证信息的完整与准确

-协助完成全球HR项目,如绩效管理,人才盘点,福利评估等


Requirements

? A minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.

? 5 years of professional experience and a proven track record in HR functions

? Experience in Shared Services in MNC

? Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility.

? Ability to work collaboratively or on an independent basis.

? Demonstration of a high level of discretion and candor relating to sensitive or confidential information.

? Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems on a strategic level.

? Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
