Responsibility:

1. Perform product safety tests for switching power supply according to test procedures and detailed instruction from project Engineers. Perform tests based on prescribed schedules.

2. Submit completely filled up test data / reports with correct and accurate data.

3. Coordinate with project engineers for any observed test failures or concerns.

4. Performing detailed construction review of power supplies under IEC60950-1 and IEC62368-1, generate evaluations report.

5. Coordinating with Program Management for project schedules.

6. Interacting with Design Engineering for testing pre-requisites and to address test and construction issues.

7. Reviewing of Safety Test Data sheet prepared by test engineers.

8. Compile various safety agency applications (i.e. UL, TUV, Demko, Nemko, KC, CCC, BSMI, etc.)

9. Interface with safety agency auditors during laboratory audits (i.e. TUV, UL, etc.).

10. Support other related tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

1. Graduate of Electronics or Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.

2. At least 2 years’ experience at relevant field.

3. Familiar with electrical / electronic testing instrument.

4. Good understanding in electrical / electronic circuitry. Hands-on experience in bench testing electronics products is an advantage.

5. Good at English communication including reading and writing, speaking is preferred.

6. Able to correctly interpret applicable clauses of IEC60950-1 and IEC62368-1.

7. Good sense of urgency, good program management on projects. Ability to work under tight schedule including overtime work.

8. Good problem solving skills.

9. Good planning skills and good time management.
