Main responsibilities:

? Develop and maintains China Finance robust framework for processes, standard operating procedures and control compliance to ensure continuous efficient finance operations alignment with the best practices while compliant with company policy& local regulations.

? Strong strategic thinking and planning of business growth and development on financial basis and fully support company to draft and achieve long term's objective. Drive strong communication collaborations with operation department across all types business and operation on high quality finance service delivery. Provide advice to operation team fulfill finance and business target, minimize finance risk.

? Monitor and control all Finance functions: GL, AR, AP, Tax, Process, Internal Controls & FP &A.

? Identifying suitable talent on position; through well management, coach members to leading, developing expertise skill to achieve long term team objective.

Main requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ accounting, CPA, CMA is preferred

? Over 10 years overall financial management experience in electronics industry in big manufacturing companies

? Proficient in English, speaks excellent English

? Excellent communication
