工作职责:

1、参与政府关系的管理与具体执行工作；

2、参与企业对外关系的管理，承担与政府部门、行业协会关系的建立、拓展与维护；

3、参与相关政府事务的处理，负责起草政府对外各类报告、公文函件、项目方案、通知等相关文字工作；

4、参与对申报项目（奖项申报及优惠政策获取）的跟进、执行和报告；

5、参与政府及行业相关信息的收集、整理和分析；

6、参与公共关系数据库、公关文档的建立和更新维护，以及负责档案室制度建设与管理归档；

7、参与与政府相关的电话咨询或来访，做好相关信息登记，以及往来公函文件的递送；

8、参与公司内部关系的沟通与协调；

9、参与部门的行政事务；

10、领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格:

1、新闻、传播类，中文类，广告类等专业，全日制本科及以上学历；

2、思维敏锐，学习能力强，性格阳光开朗，处事得体大方，亲和力强，能与政府等机构进行良好沟通，具有较强的团队协作意识，责任心强，做事严谨；

3、对于工作事项具有较强的监控、把控能力，主动性强；

4、有较强的信息搜集、处理和分析能力，文字功底扎实；

5、具有较强的抗压能力，敢于面对艰巨任务的挑战；

6、熟练使用office办公软件，掌握excel数据处理、PPT制作和word排版等主要的操作要求。
