Operation Internship responsibilities will include:

- New onboard vendor communication, onboard material review and application approval;

- Provide platform training for new onboard vendor; help them familiarize onboard process;

- Provide platform support for new vendor, including platform question consultation, process guidance, Q&A and related problem solving;

- Assist in optimizing the vendor experience at all levels of the Jumia platform;

- Coordinate with the Jumia local operations team to solve the problem from vendors;

- Handle vendo payment, logistics and other related issues;

- Assist to optimized platform rules, supervise and guide vendor, improve the user experience in Jumia platform;

- Platform vendor management, guide vendor to optimize pricing, product selection, promotion, campaigns and etc;

- Monitor sellers operational performance. Provide proper training and guidance in the aim of ensuring sellers follow platform policies and regulations.

Who we′re looking for:

- Bachelor and above degree;

- Proactive, self-driving, fast learning skills, team-oriented, strong communication skills;

- Ability to adapt quickly to the dynamic changes in the workplace;

- Has a strong interest in the e-commerce industry, be willing to focus and develop future career in e-commerce area;

- Fluent in English;

- Able to practice internship for 5 working days per week, and at least 3 months or more.

- Shenzhen China
