Wynd is a fast-growing, venture-funded company based in Silicon Valley and Shenzhen. We are building the world’s most advanced data science platform for indoor environments, so that everyone can enjoy the most optimized space at home, work, or play. Our core technology was developed at MIT over the past 5 years. Responsibilities

1. Supply chain management, including key component suppliers and manufacturing factories

2. Production process management, including the factories follow SOP or not

3. Product quality management, including the incoming materials inspection and quality control before shipment

4. Tracking and handling the customer complaints and quality issues

5. Technical support and follow-up during the NPI 

6. Technical and production-related support during the mass production

Requirements

1. College degree or above, electronics, automation, supply chain management, quality management and other related majors are preferred

2. More than 8 years of SQE work experience, leader experience is preferred

3. Familiar with using the common measurement and testing tools; familiar with  PCBA production process, have knowledge in production process and appearance judgment standards of various raw materials (such as PCB, plastic parts, electronic parts, wire, sheet metal, etc.)

4. Have a strong sense of quality control and the ability to audit suppliers independently; have knowledge in some common certifications and environmental protection regulations are preferred

5. Fluent in English reading and writing, able to write English reports

6. Decent work style, strong communication and coordination skills, active and cooperative team spirit, and good use of appropriate resources to promote problem solving

7. Able to adapt to short-term business trips, driver experience is preferred

8. If you are familiar with 3D drawing, that would be great

工作职责

1. 供应链管理，包括关键元器件供应商和代加工厂

2. 生产过程管理，包括工厂是否有严格按照SOP进行

3. 产品质量管理，包括来料异常处理以及出货前品质管控

4. 客户投诉品质问题跟踪处理

5. NPI产品试产技术支持以及跟进

6. 导入量产后提供技术以及生产相关的支持

任职要求

1. 大专及以上学历，电子、自动化、供应链管理、质量管理等相关专业优先

2. 有SQE工作经验8年以上，具备一定的管理水平，有带团队经验者优先

3. 熟悉常用测量、测试工具的使用；了解PCBA生产工艺流程，了解各类原材料(如PCB、塑胶件、电子部品、线材、钣金等)的生产工艺流程及外观判定标准

4. 有很强的品质流程控制意识，具备独立审核供应商的能力；对认证，环保法律法规有一定的了解者优先

5. 英语读写流利，能编写英文报告

6. 作风正派，沟通协调能力强，具备积极合作的团队精神，善于利用合适资源推动问题的解决

7. 能适应短期出差，有驾照者优先

8. 有一定的结构知识，熟悉3D图纸者优先
