工作经验及要求

1. 有扎实的机械设计及制造专业的基础知识；

2. 能熟练运用3D工程软件绘制产品工程图；

3. 了解五金产品的选材，制造，表面处理及工艺流程；

4.. 能吃苦耐劳，服从公司管理、沟通能力强；

5. 具有良好的职业道德及团队合作精神.

岗位职责

1. 协助主导工程师，参与产品开发，设计及制造过程；

2. 在开发，生产过程中，对产品进行安规及可靠性检查，检测；

3. 参与产品说明书的编制；

4. 参与产品品质规范的制定及落实；

5. 根据公司要求，对合作工厂进行生产过程品质管控，产品品质检验，并按要求提交品质检验报告。

6. 产品质量分析及改进；

7. 根据公司工作安排，需要不定期出差到厦门以外的城市。
