Main Responsibilities:
(1) To spearhead business development activities & customer/account penetration efforts ;
(2) To gather ground level market intelligence so as to understand today's market environment & future business influences ;
(3) To conduct business surveys with objective analyses on market trends to assist management in decision making ;
(4) To engage customers' Design/Engineering/Technical functions so as to ensure early design-in/secure print positions/displace competition ;
(5) To identify customers'/product specifications & application requirements & translate them into viable business propositions ;
(6) To provide technical support to both external & internal customers,and to facilitate effective resolution to customer quality complaints.


Qualification Requirements;
Experience:
(1) Minimum 2 years of frontline (direct) management of customers with a good mix of responsibilities spanning from application engineering, technical services, business development & marketing work.
(2) Knowledge of copper & copper alloys, metal business & manufacturing experiences with good customer network
in the connector, IC/semi-conductor/lead frame, hi-speed stamping, automotive component & equivalent markets
preferred.
Qualification:
(1) University degree or equivalent, majoring in material science, metallurgy, mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering disciplines.
(2) Diploma in engineering with suitable industrial experience would be considered.
Skills:
(1) Strong presentation skills in English & Chinese languages, especially good ability in articulation, for the purpose of wide audience technical presentations.
(2) Able to effectively execute engineering coordination / exchanges with external & internal customers in both languages is mandatory.
(3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, product design tools & SAP preferred.
