Major Responsibilities
1. Optimize logistic and transportation policies, processes
2. Negotiate with suppliers of transports, looking to optimize their costs
3. Work out the deliver plan based on the backlog information in order to reach the delivery performance ,

define and follow up the weekly mast plan. Maximize the delivery capability.
4. Monitor and supervise direct raw material, indirect materials, semifinished goods and finished goods

receiving, issuing, and delivery flow, to guarantee a daily scheduled and on time operation.
5. Define the supplier chain strategy, and simulate the inventory risk and delivery capacity to balance the

supplier chain flexibility , define the logistic operation under the lean thinking.
6. Study the material availability and balance the inventory turnover , modify the supplier delivery

competency to avoid the material shortage .
7. Supervise and Control the proper implementation Navision system, guarantee the consistence between

system and physical flow.
8. Coordinate with the government authorities and process the transactions such like declaration
9. Coordinate with other departments for the related issues.

Main requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 year's experience in the logistics operation in Shenzhen Market.
2. Sound knowledge of import/export process and customs operation esp custom handbook.
3. Manuafacturing factory background is a must.

4. Good negotiation skills, understanding of contracts and local laws and regulations
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
6. Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, written and spoken
7. College or bachelor degree, with major in logistics/operations will be an advantage.
