Principal Accountability

Develop and implement branch level local marketing plan for all Specialty lines (Claims is out of scope);

Build and maintain Specialty pipeline for Branches and be fully accountable for the accuracy of Branch Specialty revenue forecast;

Respond local clients, channels and carriers’ requests and/or enquiry with supports from Specialty specialist if needed;

Proactively provide and/or coordinate daily services to Specialty clients;

Collect market intelligence and communicate with Specialty BU and other internal stakeholders periodically;

Provide technical training and knowledge sharing to Branch sales force and other colleagues;

Expected Experiences

Good understanding in general P&C products and market;

Understand Aon Specialty set-up;

Education & Qualifications

University Graduate or above 

Skills & Knowledge

Good marketing and communicating skill;

Project management skill;

Good computer application skills in Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc.
