The   Assistant Quality Supervisor 助理品质主管  will be based in Shenzhen/Shiyan.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Weekly and monthly DPPM data analysis & communication to the related team member for improvement

• Day to day quality problem troubleshooting with processes in a closed loop manner.

• Generate regular quality meeting based on the audit findings, reject issues and scrap data analysis to push engineering and production to do continuous improvement

• Assist Quality Supervisor and Manager to maintain the Quality Management System

• 每周和每月DPPM数据分析，并与相关团队成员沟通以改进

• 解决日常质量问题

• 根据审计结果召开定期质量会议，拒绝问题和废料数据分析，推动工程和生产进行持续改进进

• 协助质量主管和经理维护质量管理体系

   

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• College degree or abover

• Minimum 2 years of production line quality control & management experience.

• Prior experience in small Household Appliance/Vacuum Cleaner manufacture and relevant quality management experience

• Excellent communication and supervisory skill.

• 大专以上学历

• 至少2年生产线质量控制和管理经验

• 有小家电/吸尘器制造经验及相关质量管理经验

• 优秀的沟通和管理技能
